ATI UCI-918 is a Portable Ultrasonic Hardness Tester fully compliant with industry standards, including DIN 50159-1, ASTM-A1038, JB/T9377, JJG-654, and GB\T34205. It features a certifiable Vickers indenter with a 136° angle, ensuring precision and re- liability. The device is equipped with adjustable load forces of 1, 2, 5, and 10 kg, allowing for versatility in testing various material thicknesses.
With a large 3.5-inch backlit color LCD screen (320×480 resolution), the ATI UCI-918 tester offers an intuitive, user friendly interface with minimal buttons for simple operation. The device supports calibration for different elastic modulus materials, requiring only a single-point calibration to adapt to new materials. It enables calibration for any hardness standard, even when no conversion table is available.
ATI UCI-918 tester generates minimal indentation to prevent surface damage, making it suitable for sensitive samples. Test results are available within just two seconds, enhancing efficiency in industrial settings.
